Rates for the Bever-Roberts Tower begin at $185 for single or double occupancy Monday thru Thursday and $195 on weekends and holiday weeks. For larger parties, add $5/night per guest age 12 or older. Supervised pets are welcome for a charge of $35/per stay. These rates include furnishings, linens, cookware and other amenities as described in the room descriptions. Cleaning and basic household supplies are provided prior to arrival and on departure. All charges are subject to a 11% occupancy tax.
