Guests may arrive after 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged and specified in your confirmation. We are happy to be flexible about check out times with advance notice when the schedule permits.

Reservations will be held for up to 7 days, pending arrival of your check or money order. (Wire transfers are also accepted, subject to a $15 bank fee.) Should your plans change, please notify us immediately so that others may enjoy the time that is being held for you.

A deposit equal to one night's charges is required to hold bookings of 2-4 nights until 30 days prior to arrival. A deposit of fifty-percent of the total charges is required to hold reservations for longer stays.

Payment is due in full and should be considered non-refundable as of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. A partial refund will be made if time is fully re-booked.

Late payments may result in loss of your booking.

A $50 booking fee will be withheld from refunds due to cancellations that are received more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

While we must exercise sound business practices in order to maintain the Tower, it is our sincere desire to accommodate guests who experience the disappointing necessity of a late cancellation or a visit that is severely disrupted by highway flooding or power outages. Those whose lives permit spontaneous getaways may ask to be added to our "Flexible Travelers" e-mail list for notification when the Tower is available for last-minute guests.
